Phoenix Home and Commercial Inspection.
Phoenix Arizona Thermal Imaging
Roof tiles falling off because of improper installation are found on almost every building.
The concrete foundation has failed, an engineer is required to design an expensive repair.
This new building has three inches of insulation, seven more inches are required as a minimum. Out of sight out of mind, some builders think.

I provide guaranteed inspections because I’m experienced, which relates to finding more defects than my competition.  Generally Real Estate contracts obligate the seller to either offer credit toward the repairs, or have them done by licensed contractors. The more defects I find, ultimately the more money you save.  If you are interviewing inspectors, make sure you ask them how long they have been in business, and are they are fully insured.

My pricing is not less than my competition, because I do a thorough inspection, which takes more time, finding significantly more defects. Therefore I can guarantee my inspection reports.  What you are paying for is experience and knowledge in the inspection business combined with an accurate detailed report with pictures of defects in a comprehensive narrative type inspection report written in plain english, not a check list.
